Welcome to LoCo Pro Cleaning. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
LoCo Pro Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move in move out cleaning, sofa cleaning, event clean up, organize, closet systems, decluttering, and unpacking services.
Service details, scope of work, and pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive at the scheduled time. However, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the size and condition of the property to ensure proper scheduling and pricing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to request deposits for certain services, including move in move out cleaning or event clean up.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
LoCo Pro Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to emergencies, staff illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time
Secure pets and valuables prior to service
Inform us of any fragile, delicate, or high value items
Ensure utilities such as water and electricity are available
We are not responsible for damage caused by unstable or improperly installed items.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to deliver high quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue.
7. Liability
LoCo Pro Cleaning is insured where required by law.
While we take every precaution, we are not liable for pre existing damage, normal wear and tear, or issues resulting from improper maintenance.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
8. Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the property is deemed unsafe or hazardous. This includes but is not limited to the presence of harmful substances, aggressive pets, or unsafe working conditions.
9. Changes to Terms
LoCo Pro Cleaning reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
